1. Eligibility:

The American Fair Raffle Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is higher), and have a registered account on RealPrize.com at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of RealPrize.com, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins at 09:00 AM ET on June 16, 2025, and ends at 09:00 AM ET on June 22, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter:

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A) Qualifying Purchase Entry:

• During the Promotion Period, participants will automatically receive one (1) Fair Ticket for every qualifying package purchased in designated promotional offers on RealPrize.com.

• Each qualifying package also includes free Sweep Coins (SC) and a virtual Fair Ticket.

• Fair Tickets are virtual entries and have no cash value.

• The more Fair Tickets you collect, the higher your chances of winning.

• Each Fair Ticket earned provides one (1) entry into the American Fair Raffle.

B) No Purchase Necessary (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE):

• To enter without making a purchase, participants may log in daily on RealPrize.com during the Promotion Period.

• Each valid AMOE login will earn one (1) Fair Ticket, up to one (1) entry per day, for a maximum of seven (7) entries total.

• No payment or deposit is required to participate via the AMOE.

All entries, regardless of method, must be received by 09:00 AM ET on June 22, 2025.

4. Prize Details:

Five (5) winners will share the prize pool:

• 12,500,000 Gold Coins (GC) total

• 2,500 Free Sweep Coins (SC) total

Note: Prizes are virtual and non-cash.

They may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, unless required by law and at the sole discretion of RealPrize.com.

5. Winner Selection & Odds:

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on June 23, 2025.

• The drawing will be conducted using a fair, transparent, and auditable randomization system.

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Fair Tickets collected during the Promotion Period.

• Fair Tickets are entries only and do not guarantee winning.

6. Notification & Claiming Prizes:

• Winners will be notified by email on June 23, 2025.

• Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days via email or the designated online claim form.

• Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Limitations & Disclaimers:

• This Sweepstakes is independent from gameplay and does not require any gaming activity.

• Fair Tickets are not part of any game feature and are issued exclusively for promotional entry purposes.

• RealPrize.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason.

• RealPrize.com is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RealPrize.com and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage of any kind.

• RealPrize.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the rules.

• Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and may result in disqualification.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RealPrize.com is operated.
