ALL USERS OF THE WEBSITE CAN OBTAIN SWEEPSTAKE COINS FOR FREE. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN SWEEPSTAKE COINS. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE THE USER CHANCES OF WINNING. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY IS ASSURE FOR ALL USERS.

The website (“Website”) is an online platform which offers to its users access to certain games owned or operated by REALPLAY TECH INC (“REALPLAY”) for entertainment and enjoyment (the “Games”). REALPLAY also gives away Sweepstake entries (the “Sweepstake Coins”) as set out in these Sweepstake Coins Rules. Sweepstake Coins can be used to participate in promotional play for a chance to win further Sweepstake Coins which are redeemable for real prizes.

These Sweepstake Coins Rules are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions (T&C). Terms which are defined in the T&Cs have the same meaning in these Sweepstake Coins Rules.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SWEEPSTAKE COINS RULES INCORPORATE THE T&C, WHICH INCLUDE A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT- OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.

I. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY PROMOTIONAL PLAY

1. The following definitions apply to these Sweepstake Coins Rules:
   1. Eligible users means a user legally residing and located at the time of use of the Website within the Permitted Territories;
   2. Permitted Territories means the United States (other than the States of Idaho, Michigan, , Nevada, Montana and Washington, or any other jurisdiction that prohibits the use of the Games);
   3. User means a person who participates in Promotional Play;
2. Promotional Play means Sweepstake Coins promotions. Promotional Play is only open to Eligible users, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 
3. The Sweepstake Coins are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine whether the Sweepstake Coins are legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the user is located.
4. Participation constitutes the user’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstake Coins and Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake Coins.
5. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Sweepstake Coins Rules.
6. Employees of REALPLAY, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstake Coins and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at least 3 months of the year) are not eligible to participate.

II. SPONSOR/PROMOTER

III. HOW TO COLLECT SWEEPSTAKE COINS

1. To Participate, you must have an active account on the Website. If you do not have an account, you can create one free of charge at the Website. To collect and use the Sweepstake Coins, the user must access the Website and create or log in to his account.
2. Once the user has accessed the Website, there are four potential ways for an Eligible user to collect Sweepstake Coins:

1. Receive Sweepstake Coins as a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. Each user may receive Sweepstake Coins as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins can be used for social game play on the Website. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes. The number of Sweepstake Coins a user will receive as a bonus for each relevant Gold Coin purchase will be stated in the Website purchase window. All purchases of Gold Coins are final and no refunds will be given.
2. Receive Sweepstake Coins when entering Sweepstake Coins, no-cost giveaway contests on Facebook page or any other social media website. The Sponsor/Promoter regularly holds Sweepstake Coins no-cost giveaway contests which users can enter by following the instructions provided in the contest. These giveaways may require sharing the Facebook page posts or answering various game-related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of Sweepstake Coins given away will be stated on the applicable Sweepstake Coins no-cost contest post and will be credited to each contest winner’s account on the Website.
3. Receive Sweepstake Coins by logging into your account. Users can receive free Sweepstake Coins on a daily basis by taking the following steps (Daily Bonus):

1. Sign into your account on the Website;
2. If you are eligible, a pop-up screen will appear for you to claim your Daily Bonus;
3. Click the “Claim” button at the bottom of the Daily Bonus pop-up.
4. Minimum Sweepstake Coins given as Daily Bonus is 0.3 Sweepstake Coin. Subject to adjustments according to different offers and promotions. 
5. Users can only claim a Daily Bonus once per day (each 24 hours).

4.    Receive Sweepstake Coins by sending a request by post. Users can receive free Sweepstake Coins by sending a standard post card or piece of white paper (Request Card) which must be 4” x 6”, unfolded, blank and unlined and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed in legible handwriting using blue ink, to the following address and satisfying the requirements set out below: United States residents: 13203 SE 172nd Ave Ste 166 #142

1. Users must:

• handwrite using blue ink their return address on the front of the envelope and the words: “Sweepstake Credits”; and
• handwrite using blue ink all of the following on only one side of the Request Card inserted inside the envelope:
  • their full name as shown on their government issued identification and matching their user name;
  • the email address registered in their account on the Website;
  • the return/residential address registered to their account on the Website; 
  • the time and date of writing; and
  • the following written statement:
    “I wish to receive Sweepstake Coins to participate in the Sweepstake Coins promotions offered by REALPLAY TECH INC. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the T&C and Sweepstake Coins Rules.”

2. There is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope. For each Request Card a user submits in accordance with the above requirements, the user will receive 1 Sweepstake Coins. The Sweepstake Coins will be added to the user’s account on the Website. NOTE: A user must ensure that their handwriting is legible and using blue ink.If the user’s Request Card does not comply with the specifications established in these Sweepstake Coin Rules, including without limitation, if the handwriting is not legible, and/or does not use blue ink, and/or does not include all the information required, and/or the envelope is poorly constructed (e.g. handmade or does not comply with measures), then the entry will be automatically void and the Sweepstake Coin will not be credited to the User’s account on the Website. The legibility of a User’s handwriting will be determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion. THE REQUEST MUST ONLY BE MADE BY THE USER AND MUST BE POSTED FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE USER’S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. Requests made by any other individual or any entity (including but not limited to commercial Sweepstake subscription notification and/or entering services) or posted from a State or Province different to the user’s verified residential address will be declared automatically invalid and Sweepstake Coins will not be credited to the user’s account on the Website. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstake Coins, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the Sweepstake Coins request/entry process or to unfairly assist the user with meeting the handwriting requirement, is prohibited and any requests/entries deemed by Sponsor/Promoter, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a request or whether a request satisfies the requirements set out above cannot be resolved to Sponsor/Promoter’s satisfaction, the affected request/entry will be deemed ineligible. 

3. The amount of Sweepstake Coins a User has will be displayed in their Account on the Website. The amount of Sweepstake Coins to be allocated to users can be changed at any time by the Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
4. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Sweepstake Coins requests or allocations.
5. In the event of a dispute as to any registration of an account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the account on the Website will be deemed to be the User. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
6. Use of any automated or other system(s) to participate, to acquire Sweepstake Coins or play the Games is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility to users in the Games.
7. Sweepstake Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date a user last played on his account on the Website and will thereafter be automatically forfeited.
8. Sweepstake Coins may also be forfeited if a user’s account on the website is closed for any reason, or at the Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.

IV. USING SWEEPSTAKE COINS TO PLAY GAMES

1. Users with Sweepstake Coins can use those Sweepstake Coins to play Games on the Website for a chance to win additional Sweepstake Coins. Only Sweepstake Coins won through the Games can be redeemed for real prizes.
2. Within the Website there are different games. The amount of Sweepstake Coins required to play each Game will be detailed next to each Game. A user may be able to increase the amount of Sweepstake Coins they use on each Game so they can increase their potential winning of Sweepstake Coins.
3. Only Games played with Sweepstake Coins provide the opportunity to redeem winnings for real prizes. The prize that can be won while playing a Game will be shown on the Website by clicking the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button, denominated as “Sweepstake Coins”.
4. Each Sweepstake Coin that has been won through the use of Games (rather than collected using one of the methods described in clause III of these Sweepstake Coin Rules) can be redeemed for a prize with a value being equivalent to US$1 for each Sweepstake Coin.
5. Sponsor’s/Promoter’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstake Coins, the Game and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
6. Unless Sponsor/Promoter requires otherwise, any Sweepstake Coins allocated to a User are required to be used in Games at least once before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes. Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, require that any Sweepstake Coins allocated to a User must be used in Games a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) in any combination of Sweepstake Coins Games before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes.
7. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to change the prize win rates and odds of any of the Sweepstake Coins at any time. A user can see the actual and any amended details by clicking on the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button. It is a user’s responsibility to check the prize win rate on each occasion before they participate.

V. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

1. POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKE COIN WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR/PROMOTER (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR/PROMOTER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKE COINS. A USER IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE USER’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE USER HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE SWEEPSTAKE COIN RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR/PROMOTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
2. The verification process may take up to 30 days, from the time we receive the complete, legible and accurate information and documents requested from you. 
3. The necessary documents for the verification process may include, without limitation, valid identification issued by the government (including photo identification) such as a passport or driver’s license matching the user-name that you provided, a current selfie (photo of yourself), proof of address (with a maximum of three months from its date of issuance and matching the address registered in your account), a source or funds such as bank statement or payslip (with a maximum of three months from its date of issuance). The necessary documents may be subject to change without previous notice. 
4. Potential prize winners must comply with these Sweepstake Coin Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
5. A potential prize winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor/Promoter, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize (if applicable).
6. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return the affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Sweepstake Coin Rules, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize.
7. Where any identification, credit or other verification check we require cannot be completed to our satisfaction because you have not provided any document we request from you in the form that we require within 30 days from the date the document was first requested, then we are under no obligation to continue with the verification check and we may, in our sole discretion, close or otherwise restrict your account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate and the balance in your account will be forfeited.
8. In the event that a potential winner of a Sweepstake Coin prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, may cancel or place the prize back.

VI. PRIZES

1. A user’s Sweepstake Coins balance is shown in the user’s account on the website.
2. Where a user has chosen to redeem prizes for cash, the cash payment will be paid in USD to the bank account or online wallet from which you purchased Gold Coins, or if this is not technically possible, then to an alternative bank account you nominate and that matches the user-name. We will not make payments into a bank account which does not match your verified name or the name you provided when registering your account, or that is not legally owned by you. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to require the use of the same payment method for redemption of prizes as was used to purchase Gold Coins, or a specific payment method at Sponsor/Promoter’s discretion.
3. Where an user has chosen to redeem prizes for gift cards, the gift cards will be allocated to the email address that the user has registered against his account on the Website.
4. The Sponsor/Promoter will process a prize redemption in the form of a gift card with a minimum balance of 45 eligible Sweepstake Coins. Subject to one redemption request at a time.
5. Sponsor/Promoter will only process a cash prize redemption if the redeemed value of the prize is US$100 or more (i.e. a minimum of 100 eligible Sweepstake Coins). Consequently, a user’s account must have a balance of at least 100 Sweepstake Coins before requesting a cash prize redemption. Subject to one redemption request at a time.
6. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SWEEPSTAKE COINS PRIZE OR A SWEEPSTAKE COINS PRIZE REDEMPTION:
   1. A USER MUST BE AN ELIGIBLE USER; AND
   2. THE USER’S DETAILS MUST MATCH THOSE OF THE USER’S ACCOUNT.
7. In New York and Florida, the maximum accumulated redemption value of a Sweepstake Coins prize won via a user’s participation in the Sweepstake Coins Games cannot be equal or exceed US$5,000. Any prize valued equal or in excess of US$5,000 will be reduced to a maximum value of US$4,999.00.
8. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit a users’ redemption of Sweepstake Coins to US$10,000 per day, and only to one prize redemption request per 24 hours. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. The Sponsor/Promoter can limit any future Sweepstake Coins prize based on applicable legislation.
9. Prize redemptions with a value equal or greater than US$2,500.00 may require longer processing time due to banking, security and fraud checks and controls, and may also be paid in several installments rather than in one lump sum. 
10. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a prize redemption. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or redemption.
11. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges or related costs that may be incurred as a result of, or in relation to, a prize redemption, including but not limited to any losses or additional costs arising from foreign exchange fluctuations.
12. Sweepstake Coins are not transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s sole discretion. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to substitute the listed prize of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances outside Sponsor’s/Promoter’s reasonable control.
13. Prize winners will be notified by private message or email.

VII. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE

1. By Participating, each User agrees to:

1. comply with and be bound by:
   1. the T&C;
   2. these Sweepstake Coins Rules; and
   3. the decisions of the Sponsor/Promoter which are binding and final;
2. release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstake Coins, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a user’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstake Coins, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and
3. indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to a user’s participation in the Sweepstake Coins and/or user’s acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.

VIII. PUBLICITY

1. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstake Coins constitutes each user’s consent to Sponsor’s/Promoter’s and its agents’ use of user’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration. 

IX. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstake Coins or these Sweepstake Coin Rules, or any part of the Sweepstake Coins or these Sweepstake Coins Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s/Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstake Coins, as determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.
2. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstake Coins or to be acting in violation of these Sweepstake Coins Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstake Coins may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s/Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Sweepstake Coins Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
4. In all other cases, the Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstake Coins. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted on the Website.
5. Whenever we amend these Sweepstake Coins Rules in a way that would limit your current rights or which may be to your detriment, we will notify you upon your next visit to the Website and you will be required to re-confirm your acceptance prior to participating in any Promotional Play. If you do not agree to the amended Sweepstake Coins Rules, you may not participate in any Promotional Play

X. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

1. Insofar as permitted by law in the respective territories, the Released Parties (as defined above) are not responsible for:
   1. any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a user, printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstake Coins;
   2. technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
   3. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstake Coins;
   4. technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstake Coins; or
   5. any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from user’s participation in the Sweepstake Coins or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
2. If for any reason a user’s Sweepstake Coins or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, user’s sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor/Promotor of an equivalent amount of Sweepstake Coins.

XI. DISPUTES

1. The Dispute Resolution Clause of the T&Cs (Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate on an Individual Basis) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Sweepstake Coins Rules, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained on the T&Cs, unless you opt-out as established in the T&C.

XII. OTHER

1. Under no circumstances will any user be permitted to obtain awards for, and user hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than user’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstake Coins), and user further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
2. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstake Coins Rules, or the rights and obligations of the user and Sponsor/Promoter in connection with the Sweepstake Coins, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.
3. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all users, the Sponsor/Promoter will respond to questions to users Support via [email protected]
4. Any user posting or seen to be posting comments on Sponsor’s/Promoter’s social media or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other users and fans of REALPLAY or directly aimed at the Sponsor/Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Sweepstake Coins. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to alert any social media website to any such behavior and user may have his/her social media account frozen pending investigation.

XIII. USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Information collected from Users is subject to the Sponsor’s/Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
