RealPrize Festival Raffle – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The Festival Raffle (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law), who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state, whichever is higher, and who have an active RealPrize account with verified SMS registration.

Employees of RealPrize, RealPlay Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 23, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on June 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter

Participants can earn raffle entries in two ways:

A) Purchase Method – One (1) raffle ticket is awarded for each qualifying Gold Coin package purchased during the Promotion Period.

B) AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry) – Users may log in once per day during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) raffle entry per day, without purchase. Limit of four (4) AMOE entries per participant.

All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. RealPrize is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries.

4. Prizes

Fifteen (15) winners will each receive:

🎁 $200 Ticketmaster Gift Card (approximate retail value: $200 per winner)

Total ARV for all prizes: $3,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing on or around June 30, 2025. Winners will be contacted via the email or social media account associated with their RealPrize account. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants RealPrize permission to publicly disclose their first name, last initial, state of residence, and prize details on our website, email, and/or social media, unless prohibited by law.

6. Disqualification and Restrictions

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process, violate platform Terms & Conditions, or create multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

• Participants who are found to be related to RealPrize employees or have previously violated RealPrize policies may be disqualified at any time.

• RealPrize reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including technical issues or suspected fraud.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Comply with these Official Rules and RealPrize’s Terms & Conditions;

• Release RealPrize, its affiliates, and partners from all liability related to participation or prize redemption;

• Accept that decisions by RealPrize regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters.

8. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and shall be governed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
